Thank you for visiting click4spares and for your continuing support. The current pandemic crisis is forcing us all to live through worrying and challenging times and we've been forced to make some temporary business changes:

During the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak or until things get back to normal, we will now solely provide an online service via this secure website. Regrettably, we are now only able to respond to email and web form enquiries(1) and only process orders received and paid for online by debit/credit card or by bank transfer following a Proforma Invoice(2). We've suspended our Business and Instant 30 Day Credit facilities.

Some product availability and deliveries may become difficult over time if our suppliers and couriers struggle during the lockdown. This may affect our ability to provide our usual next working day (UK mainland) delivery service. However, we will do our best to provide the speedy service you've come to expect and will notify you of any extraordinary, lengthy delays giving you the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund if preferred.

(1) please help us respond to your enquiry as fully and quickly as we can by providing a full product model number (e.g. HP LaserJet Enterprise 600 Colour M651dn), a Product ID number (e.g. CZ256A) plus a Serial Number (if available) together with a description of the part required (e.g. transfer belt) or detailed fault description.

(2) if you would prefer to pay offline (by bank transfer) please select "Proforma Invoice (order shipped after payment received)" as your payment method when checking out and we'll email you a Proforma Invoice containing our bank details.
